CONNECT-NM First Annual Plenary Meeting
Dear CONNECT-NM community,
We are pleased to announce that the first Annual Plenary Meeting of CONNECT-NM will take place from 9 to 10 September 2025, hosted by the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STUBA).
We look forward to welcoming you for two days of exchange, collaboration, and strategic dialogue across the CONNECT-NM community.
This event will be combined with the General Assembly of the Partnership and with the first workshop of the CONNECT-NM Young Researcher Network, which will take place in parallel on 11 September.
To help you prepare, please find here a draft agenda of the meeting. While speakers are still being confirmed, the document offers a clear overview of the key sessions and topics that will be addressed. More information on the Young Researcher Network and its first workshop will become available soon.
An information package is also available here for your convenience, containing venue and transport details, recommended hotels, social activities and local tips for your stay in Bratislava.
Important practical information - Please read carefully
The meeting will be held in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (FEI), lecture hall DE 150. You can access the venue from Entrance A (ground floor) or Entrance E (-1st floor).
Pre-registration via this link is required due to turnstiles at the building entrance. Registration will take place once, on any of the three days, at Entrance E, between 08:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Upon registering on-site, you will receive a name badge that must be used to access the venue on the following days.
