About Event

Calling all my shy introverted friends, this one is for you.

If crowded networking events, busy meetings, or presentations full of people have you recharging your social battery, we’ve got you. This month’s social is for introverted professionals looking to lean into their natural strengths at work.

In this session, we’ll join Amy Sylla, to explore what it means to move through the world as an introvert and understand the power you already have. Through the RISE Framework, we’ll unpack why quiet strength is a powerful asset in the workplace and in leadership.

You’ll walk away with practical ways to leverage your introverted strengths in professional settings, build an understanding of visibility and influence on your own terms, and learn to lead effectively without needing to be the loudest in the room.

No matter if you work in a company, a creative field, run your own business, or lead a team, this workshop will help you learn how to succeed while staying true to yourself and your energy.
