Building and scaling culture from scratch with Arvind Rajan
LinkedIn’s Executive Chairman and former CEO Jeff Weiner famously said, “Create the right culture and you create a competitive advantage.”
It’s a sentiment that rings true for many–we know company culture matters, but how do you actually architect it? Arvind Rajan knows a thing or two about the topic, having played a key role in creating and codifying LinkedIn’s culture and values.
In this session, Arvind will walk us through building culture from scratch, from getting buy-in on the process to identifying and operationalising values and scaling them across teams, functions and borders.
About Arvind
