New Moon 🌚 Tarot Yoga Ceremony
🌚✨ Together let’s welcome November’s New Moon at the cozy Grand 42!
Same, same but different! The New Moon is more about manifesting and intention setting; contrary to the Full Moon when we want to release and let go.
The New Moon is a time of darkness, invisibility, and quiet — the Moon and Sun meet, so the moon is hidden. When it falls during turning seasons (like late autumn approaching winter), it carries extra potency for setting intentions around soulful readiness: cultivating what you’ll lean on during darker times, letting go of what drains you.
Tarot Yoga Ceremonies blend self-connection with community support through mindful movement and reflection — a space to breathe, feel, and realign.
With my upcoming move to Spain, this will be one of the last Tarot Yoga Ceremonies held at the Grand 42. 🥲
The ceremony will include:
Discussion of this "micro" New Moon and its spiritual meanings
Themed meditation and visualization
Pranayama (breathwork)
🌚 Moment of Pratyahara (the fifth limb of yoga), we'll withdrawal from senses in a moment of pure darkness, stillness, silence
Light journaling to set new intentions
Mini yoga flow

A personal tarot card pull
