About Event
Many leaders have gotten better at giving feedback—but receiving it can still feel uncomfortable, especially when it’s unexpected, emotional, or hard to hear.
This workshop builds on our earlier Feedback Skills session and focuses on the often-overlooked half of the equation: how leaders receive feedback. We’ll explore how your responses shape psychological safety, influence whether feedback keeps flowing, and set the tone for your team’s feedback culture.
