​Qualified electronic archiving: legal and practical aspects

​ABOUT THE EVENT

​As more organizations move their records into digital form, archiving has become one of the key processes that ensure effective and secure document management. The European Union updated the eIDAS Regulation (eIDAS 2.0) and introduced qualified electronic archiving as a new qualified trust service.

​This change is particularly important because it guarantees that archived documents remain unaltered, authentic, and legally valid for the entire period required by law.

​To help you understand what this means for your organization, TEGOS and Veriffy invite you to an event where Mindaugas Civilka, Partner at TEGOS, will walk you through the theoretical and legal side of archiving, and Arūnas Milašauskas, CEO & CTO at Veriffy, will explain how it works in practice.
