• ​Day 3: Feedback, Hard Conversations, and Growing Your People — how to give feedback that lands and navigate hard conversations without confrontation.

• ​Day 4: Team Dynamics and Manager Reflections — the Five Dysfunctions of a Team, closing with each manager's own reflection on where they're headed next.
