About Event

Join South Florida Black Women in Marketing (SFBWIM) for an intimate evening of dinner, conversation, and community at Del Mar Fort Lauderdale.

Whether you are already part of the SFBWIM community or joining us for the first time, you are welcome at the table.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This intimate dinner is designed to create space for introductions, relaxed conversation, and meaningful connections with other Black women working across South Florida’s marketing, advertising, communications, and media community.

Please arrive on time. We will begin promptly at 7:30 PM, and timely arrival will help us stay on schedule and ensure that everyone gets the most out of the evening.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A $20 refundable reservation deposit is required to hold your seat. Because seating is limited, the deposit helps ensure that seats are reserved for guests who genuinely plan to attend.

Your deposit will be refunded after you check in at the dinner. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

The deposit is not applied toward your meal. Each guest will order and pay for her own food and beverages directly through the restaurant.

Please review Del Mar’s menu and pricing before registering to ensure that the dining experience works for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because seating is limited, please register only if you intend to attend.

If your plans change, you may cancel by 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, September 16, to receive a refund.

Beginning Thursday, September 17, the reservation deposit becomes nonrefundable. Guests who do not attend the dinner will also forfeit their deposit.

If the event reaches capacity, additional guests may join the waitlist. Should a seat become available, waitlisted guests will be notified.

WHAT TO WEAR

The dress code is elevated chic. Think polished Friday-night dinner attire. Come dressed in a way that feels stylish, comfortable, and true to you.
