What You'll Experience
You're not sitting in a hotel conference room watching slides. You're coming to my practice. You'll tour the actual procedure suite where I've performed over 1,000 in-office procedures — and you'll get hands-on with the equipment and workflow.
Day 1 (Friday, 1–5 PM): Walk through the procedure suite. Equipment setup — C-arm positioning, Mayo stand, back table, sterile draping. Hands-on practice with real workflow. VIP dinner with all attendees that evening.
Day 2 (Saturday, 8 AM–3 PM): Deep dive into pre-op, intra-op, and post-op protocols. Documentation and compliance. Implementation blueprint so you leave with a clear 30-day action plan. Fly home Saturday evening or Sunday at your pace.
