Air, Fire & Steam : Winter Warmer

​Air, Fire & Steam is an immersive wellness and reconnection experience, imagined at the heart of the Holistic Space at the Geneva Polo Club. Guided by the elements, the evening invites participants on a sensory journey blending conscious breathing, heat, music, and ritual.

​​The experience begins at 17:30 with a Holotropic Breathwork and Sound Healing session in the yurt, encouraging grounding, deep relaxation, and inner openness. At 20:00, It then unfolds into Traditional Banya Rituals (Russian Sauna), Hot and Cold Baths, and steam sessions, accompanied by Live Music (DJ House), outdoor fire pits, as well as traditional hot beverages and light refreshments. The evening will go on until around 23h.

​​Conceived as a suspended moment in time, Air, Fire & Steam offers a space to slow down, regenerate, and reconnect with oneself and others, within a warm, authentic, and deeply human atmosphere.

​​L’expérience débute à 17:30 par une session de Breathwork Holotropique et de Sound Healing dans le yurt, favorisant l’ancrage, la détente profonde et l’ouverture intérieure. A 20:00, elle se prolonge ensuite par des rituels traditionnels de Banya (Sauna Russe), Bains Chauds/Froids et Vapeur, accompagnés de Musique Live (DJ-House), de feux extérieurs, ainsi que de boissons chaudes traditionnelles et collations légères. La soirée dure jusqu'à environ 23h.
