Room Too: The Relaunch
Room Too presents: Make Room – The Relaunch
An evening showcasing youth-led third spaces in Southwark, and what comes next.
About the evening
Thousands of young people in Southwark and across the UK live in overcrowded homes, with nowhere quiet to study, think or simply be. Room Too turns underused spaces into free study and social hubs for 15–19 year olds, run with the young people who use them.
After two pilots, we're bringing together funders, partners, local leaders and educators to show what these spaces make possible. We'll also share our plans for the next phase.
Why attend
See the impact first-hand. Hear directly from the young people who use our spaces, in their own words.
Hear what's next. Get an early look at Pilot 3 and where support can make the biggest difference.
Meet the right people. Connect with funders, local government, schools, youth organisations and corporate partners working on youth opportunity in South London.
Who should come
Everyone is welcome, especially:
Young people, and the parents and carers who want to know more about us
Funders, grant-makers and corporate/CSR partners
Local authority and public sector teams
School leaders and organisations working with young people
