The community is going to Pilates + Sound Healing 🌿✨

We're gathering in a beautiful studio to exhale a little, move our bodies, and treat ourselves to a couple of hours away from the hustle.

First up is mat Pilates: we'll work on strength, mobility, balance, and body control. Then comes sound healing, so we can relax, switch off, and simply enjoy the moment 🧘🏻‍♀️

And of course, there'll be time to chat, meet new people, and spend Sunday in great company. Come along even if you don't know anyone. That's totally not a problem here 🫶

And after Pilates, we'll all go grab coffee together ☕
