Samantha Low is a commercial real estate advisor with more than 25 years of experience spanning engineering, construction management, and tenant representation.
With a deep understanding of how buildings are designed, built, and negotiated, she helps founders and fast-growing companies navigate office leases, relocations, subleases, and flexible workspace strategies across the Bay Area and other major markets. Known for her practical, tenant-first approach, she focuses on eliminating surprises, simplifying complex decisions, and helping clients secure spaces that support their business goals.

Working at the intersection of design excellence, strategic growth, and client partnership, she brings a global perspective shaped by projects across the U.S. and Asia and is known for guiding complex teams and stakeholders toward commercially successful, culturally relevant, and community-focused outcomes.
