​Join Lauren Bielenberg with Heart Led for her signature feel-good Strength + Flow 60 minute yoga class followed by a relaxed social hour at Enso Winery.

​Move your body, connect with community, and have fun! Whether you are sipping wine or going N/A, there is something for everyone. They have delicious N/A sparkling botanicals that they have made.

​Ticket includes 60 minute class + one beverage of choice! Bring your yoga mat and water. If you do not have a yoga mat, please contact me directly!
