Start your Sunday with a run from Parque Lineal La Frontera to Parque Poblado, then head to MASAYA for our Sunday post-run brunch hangout together with new found friends!
💃 We’re having a SALSA CLASS.
We’re turning the post-run hangout into a salsa class led by Carlos from Baila Conmigo Medellín.
So yes, you can come for the run, stay for brunch, and then learn a few moves with the community😌🔥
Come ready to run, eat, dance, and meet your new favorite people.
📍 Run Club Meeting Point: Parque Lineal La Frontera (top of the park, up the stairs from the Av Poblado side) Google Maps
🏁 Finish Point: Calle 9, next to Parque Poblado (on the left side), we all get together and start walking to the post run cafe.
☕️ 🥐 Post-Run Brunch: MASAYA — coffee, brunch, and good vibes.

Time: Meet at 8 AM, start at 8:30 AM
Free to Join: No cost, just register using the link below.
Choose Your Pace: 3km or 5km – run, jog, or walk, it’s all good!
Beginners Welcome: Never done this before? Now’s your chance!
Bring Your Pup: 🐶 Dogs are welcome to join the fun!
Languages: The official language is English, but most of us also speak Spanish.
Come Solo or Bring Friends: Many people come solo and leave with new connections – don’t be shy!
