Come Home to Yourself in Colour
A 2-hour intimate experience of movement, sound, reflection and aura photography.
As the season begins to turn inward, we're invited to gather together to do the same.
Join Montana, Integrative Therapeutic Practitioner, and Lisa of Pure Aura for an afternoon of embodied practice, sound bath meditation, creative reflection and aura photography to welcome the Fall Equinox.
We'll begin with a gentle yoga and immersive sound experience designed to help you slow down, soften, reconnect with your body and arrive fully in the present moment.
From there, you'll be invited to explore the themes of the season through journaling and artistic expression. Bring a journal, create with colour, or simply follow whatever form of reflection feels natural to you. Creative supplies will be provided.
Then, you'll get a personal aura portrait taken: a visual reflection of your energy in colour. We'll then come back together to receive our photographs and explore the colours and patterns that have emerged, with Lisa offering a collective introduction to aura colour and interpretation.
We'll close the afternoon with tea, reflection and a final moment of connection.
No previous experience with yoga, meditation, art or aura photography is needed. You don't need to believe in anything in particular. Curiosity is enough.
