Beatdown Under the Stars 2026

​This summer is the 30th Anniversary of Quake. It's time for the Beatdown to make a comeback with a one-night-only outdoor LAN party for old school Quake players to re-live the glory days.

• ​QuakeWorld (nQuake) and Quake 3 (Quake Live) only. No CoD or Fortnite stupidity. Will provide download links for everything (mods, etc) ahead of time.

• ​Only open to attendees of an old-school Beatdown and their guests. Sorry no strangers. Please RSVP including your (2000's era) nickname. Guests please provide your host's name when registering.

• ​If we fill up, priority will go to: GS/PQ employees, regular beatdown attendees, one-timers & guests

• ​Power will be at a premium, so be considerate about what PC you bring. Laptops or Laptops+Monitors may be preferred to 5090's with liquid cooling.

• ​We'll try to start around 7pm but you can come early to help setup or hang out. We'll run as late as our bodies and the NBPD will allow.

• ​There will be a tournament. You already know the prize.
