Sporty Gal Collective presents: Meet Me At The Barre

WE ARE BACK 🥁Sporty Gal Collective is proud to announce our 6th event 🥁 Meet me at the Barre!

We're having an Outdoor Barre Class with trainer Karla Newton 👯‍♀️
Barre is a technique which mixes principles from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, super effective for the burn ❤️‍🔥 And also super feasible for the Go. :) So we're enjoying the fine summer weather and doing it outside.

The ticket includes:

• ​1 hour Barre Class (equipment included) 🩰

• ​Alcohol-free prosecco/mimosas 🥂

• ​Snacks 🥐

• ​Beading workshop material (Beads, string, scissors to make bracelets, keychains, etc.) 📿

​Everyone is welcome - the workout is beginner-friendly with options provided by Karla to spice it up if desired! 🌶️
