Supporting Engineering Meetup
How do support and engineering teams collaborate to solve customer-reported issues without getting buried in process?
Supporting Engineering is an evening gathering for leaders who care deeply about how customer issues are handled — from triage to resolution, from insight discovery to workflow design. Over drinks and light dinner, we’ll explore how technical support and engineering teams can work better together to deliver impact and sustainability.
This edition takes place alongside the Support Driven Leadership Summit in San Francisco. We’re inspired by that community and excited to bring together local leaders for a complementary, candid, off-the-record conversation.
You’ll join around 25–30 peers from leading software companies to share approaches, frustrations, and lessons learned across three themes:
How support and engineering collaborate to solve customer-reported issues.
How teams uncover deep insights about recurring root causes, sentiment, and key artifacts hidden in escalations and support cases.
How AI is supercharging technical support and support engineering workflows.
This session is best suited for support and engineering leadership, as well as operations teams and experienced practitioners with stories and insights to share. We also welcome peers from adjacent functions such as customer success, product, and platform engineering.
Food and drinks provided. Space is limited — please request to attend.
