​To taste something slowly. To get lost in music. To notice a beautiful scent. To feel texture against your skin. To really look at the colours and details around you.

​Back to Your Senses is a playful, uplifting journey through cacao, the five senses and Conscious Connected Breathwork, created to reconnect you with curiosity, pleasure, presence and the simple joy of being in your body.

​We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao before moving through a creative exploration of taste, touch, smell, sound and sight.

​Expect flavour, music, texture, scent, colour, connection, curiosity and a few surprises along the way.

​Then we'll put on our headphones, close our eyes and take that sensory awareness inward through a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

​Because our bodies aren't only places where we experience stress, tension and difficult emotions.

​They're also where we experience joy, pleasure, excitement, connection, wonder and aliveness.

​This experience is an invitation to celebrate all of it.

​To play. To explore. To breathe. To feel.

​And to come Back to Your Senses.
