The session will explore current trends in Swedish and regional arbitration, including the evolving role of arbitral institutions, recent developments in practice, cross-border disputes, and how Nordic and Baltic practitioners are responding to new opportunities and challenges. The discussion will also touch upon the growing influence of technology and AI, viewed through the lens of regional arbitration practice.
