Ondol Retreat — October 2026
Many founders spend their days carrying responsibility, making hard decisions, and supporting everyone around them. Yet there are very few places where founders can simply show up as themselves.
ondol (https://ondolinit.org) is a small, curated retreat for founders and entrepreneurs to step away from the pressure of building, fundraising, hiring, and leading.
What it is
Honest conversations with a small group of peers who understand the journey
Time for reflection and rest
Genuine connection, not transactional networking
What it isn't
No pitches or presentations
No networking agenda
No expectation to perform
Friday evening
Arrive around 5 PM, settle in, and set phones aside for the evening
An opening circle to land and check in
Cook and share a long, slow dinner together
Fireside conversation about what we're carrying and what's going well
Wind down by the fire or under the stars
Saturday morning
Quiet reflection to start the day
Time outdoors to enjoy the fall weather and New Hampshire nature
Closing circle, wrapping up around 1 PM
Who it's for
Founders and entrepreneurs, primarily in the Boston area, who would value an overnight of authentic conversation and community. The group is intentionally small (around 6 participants), so space is limited.
Cost
$80 per person, which covers:
Accommodation for Friday night
All meals
Drinks
Confidentiality
