​If you’ve been feeling stuck since graduation — unsure what to do next, overwhelmed by options, or tired of advice that doesn’t fit your life, you’re not alone; and this is for you.

​The world is changing fast. As technology grows, organizations are paying more attention to impact:
What is the real outcome? Who is being helped? What is changing? What can be measured?

​That’s why Youth Impact Fellows (YIF) is focused on the impact and sustainability space and why we train you in the skills that will be needed for the future.

​YIF is a 8-week scholarship fellowship that helps you:

• ​gain clarity on your strengths and career direction

• ​build real skills through structured learning and execution

• ​train into one of three career tracks: Program & Product Management, Impact Storytelling & Community, or Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)

• ​qualify to join our Transformation Impact Virtual (TIV) Talent Pool for opportunities

​This is a strict, closed-door fellowship. You will be expected to show up consistently, complete weekly tasks, and commit fully for 60 days. Missed sessions or repeated inactivity may lead to removal.
