Early recovery comes with moments nothing in your life has really prepared you for: the craving that won't quit, the 3am anxiety, the emotion you've been numbing for years that suddenly arrives all at once. This class is about what to actually do in those moments, not in theory but right when it's happening. Brad, a licensed professional counselor, will cover grounding techniques, breathing patterns, and a few specific strategies you can pull out under pressure, including some that feel weird at first but work. There's space to share what's been hardest if you want to, and zero pressure to talk. You'll leave with a few new tools and a better sense of which ones might fit your moments.
