NYU Female Founders Lunch with Laura Katz
Join the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute at the Leslie eLab for a networking lunch from 12:00 - 2:00 PM ET on September 12th to meet local investors and entrepreneurs at NYU who are committed to advancing gender equity in entrepreneurship.
September's guest speaker will be Laura Katz (Steinhardt '16), Founder of Helaina, an NYC-based biotech company pushing the boundaries of what food can do for health.
Their technology platform replicates functional proteins found in the human body, making them available as new nutrients. By replacing Human Lactoferrin, Helaina's effera opens access to this functional ingredient for the first time, creating a new paradigm for nutrition.
