Why This Workshop Exists
You took the assessment. The result landed. You read it and thought yes, that's me, that's exactly how I work.
And then Monday came and nothing was different.
That's not because the assessment was wrong. Knowing your archetype and knowing what to build from it are two different things. The first one is a label. The second one takes your whole spread, the actual numbers behind it, and somebody pointing at the part you can't see from inside it.
This hour is the second thing.
What You Walk Away With
Your full results, with the numbers. Right now you can see which archetypes are yours and roughly how strong each one is. In the workshop I put the free version and the expanded version side by side, so you can see the actual percentage behind each one, what the 30% line means, and why the distance between your first and your second changes what you should be building.
A live read, start to finish. I take one person's report and work it in front of everyone, and I don't stop at reading the scores. I find where their friction actually is. Most of the time it isn't where their top archetype points, and watching that happen to someone else is the fastest way to start seeing it in yourself.
Your expanded archetype report. I build it by hand for everyone who's in the room and send it with the recording. It's the long version of your results, and being there live is the only way to get it.
