Thank you so much for supporting Queer Latines! As a small team, every ticket purchase directly supports our work. Because of our size and the nature of our events, 

 We’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances, and tickets cannot be exchanged for a different event, date, or time.

We understand plans can change. While we can’t process refunds, 

you’re welcome to pass your ticket along to a friend

 - just email us at hello@queerlatines.com with their name so we can update our list.

In the rare case that an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you can’t make it, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

we cannot offer refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or other situations outside of our control.

 We'll be taking photos throughout the event to share on our socials!

 We're looking for a few volunteers to help with set up from 1-2PM and check-in from 2-3PM. After that, you can enjoy the meetup with everyone else. Email us at
