The 1000 Days Collective - Shaping Healthier Futures for Children
India has made strong progress in maternal and child health, including a significant reduction in the Maternal Mortality Ratio over the past two decades. As the country adopts a holistic, mission-mode approach to tackling malnutrition, the first 1,000 days, from conception to a child’s second birthday, stand out as a critical window for lifelong health and development.
The 1000 Days Collective convenes leaders from government, civil society, academia, and philanthropy to explore practical, high-impact solutions that strengthen the continuum of care, from health facilities to households, and bridge policy intent with on-ground delivery.
Hosted by K Corp Foundation, Dasra, PATH, and CTARA IIT Bombay, the convening will take place on 18 February 2026, at Blue Sea, Worli, Mumbai.
