[Weekly] Grounding & Reiki: Reset for Your Nervous System
This is a space to come back to your body.
For a long time, I lived almost entirely in my head—working in corporate, constantly thinking, planning, solving. I didn’t understand my body’s cues, let alone feel safe inside it.
The first time I experienced deep relaxation during Yoga Nidra, my system went into panic. Slowing down felt unfamiliar… even unsafe.
What changed everything was learning how to ground.
Through simple somatic tools and consistent practice, I began building a sense of safety in my body. And that’s exactly what these sessions are here to support.
Each 45-minute gathering includes:
A short intention-setting to arrive and center
Guided grounding and somatic practices to regulate your nervous system
10 minutes of Reiki energy healing to deepen relaxation and integration
This is not about doing it perfectly.
It’s about gently reconnecting—with your body, your breath, and others.
