

Local Outdoor Economy Workshop Series
Outdoor Economy Lab is a monthly micro‑workshop series led by Natalie Alves of Nat Marie Design in partnership with TxORA.
Each session delivers 30 minutes of tactical teaching followed by 30 minutes of Q&A, peer feedback, and partner activations such as photographer headshots, SBDC mini‑consults, and CVB data drop‑ins.
Sessions are standalone but intentionally sequenced so attendees build a complete visitor‑driving system across the series. Ideal for outfitters, guides, parks, CVBs, and small teams who want practical templates, a website conversion checklist, and a 90‑day action plan.
Attendees leave with downloadable templates and a short homework task to apply immediately.
