Future in Medicine

​Are you a Grade 9–12 student curious about a future in medicine or health sciences? Join WISE for Future in Medicine, a free and inspiring event designed to help students explore what a career in medicine could look like.

​The event will feature guest speakers from the medical field who will share their personal journeys, challenges, and successes. Participants will also hear from current university students in medicine-related programs, who will provide honest insights into student life, pathways to medicine, and tips for success.

​Attendees will have the opportunity to explore healthcare through hands-on activities and interactive workshops. In addition, students will learn about the University of Toronto’s contributions to medicine, including groundbreaking research, innovations, and opportunities for future students.

​Whether students are just beginning to explore medicine or are already passionate about becoming a healthcare professional, Future in Medicine offers a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and get inspired.

​This event is intended for women, non-binary, Two-Spirit individuals, and anyone who feels comfortable in women-centered spaces.

​Please note that lunch will not be provided during this event.
