Who is this for?
This event is designed for migrant women living in the Netherlands, regardless of their background, who are eager to learn, connect, and take practical steps toward integration, empowerment, and participation in Dutch society.
This session is designed to support migrants and internationals in rediscovering themselves, reconnecting with their strengths, and intentionally shaping their next chapter with clarity and confidence, mindset reframing, narrative coaching and positive psychology.
This workshop will guide the participants through the journey of self-discovery, resilience, and growth.

Kimberly Fuqua is Director of Customer Experience for Microsoft EMEA, leading transformative customer experience strategies for some of the world's most influential organisations. With nearly 30 years in the technology industry, she is also the Founder of Luminous Leaders and a keynote speaker who empowers leaders to communicate with impact and build inclusive, high-performing cultures.
