IE International Real Estate Summit - Riyadh
IE International Real Estate Summit 2026 — The Transformation of Saudi Arabia: Building the Kingdom's Next Decade
How Vision 2030, the giga-projects, and PropTech are rewriting the rules of development in Riyadh.
One week, three cities, three continents. The summit closes on Monday, October 19, the day before MIPIM Middle East, at the IE Center for Leadership and Innovation in the Middle East, in the Creative District: two invitation-only panels on how the Kingdom's transformation is being financed, built, and sold.
Bedor Alrashoudi: Chief Strategy Officer, Soudah Development
Saud Alsulaimani: CEO and Head of Capital Markets - Saudi Arabia, JLL
Alison Rehill-Erguven: Chief Executive Officer, Cenomi Centers
Ibrahim AshShohail: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Aqar
Mohamed Ali: Head of GCC, GFH Partners Ltd.
Abdullah Kamel: Chief Executive Officer, Al Woroud Real Estate Investment
The event will be moderated by Dr. Johnny Din, CEO of Cycamore Capital and Program Director of the M.S. in Real Estate Development & Investment at IE New York College, who closes the week after New York and Madrid.
The evening brings together leaders across destinations, PropTech, retail, logistics, and Saudi development: one panel on the demand reshaping the Kingdom, one on the capital financing it.
Riyadh took $135.2 billion in construction contract awards between 2020 and mid-2025, 63% of the national total. More than 750 multinationals have joined the Regional Headquarters Program, and Grade A rents reached SAR 2,770 per square meter per year in Q1 2026 at 97% occupancy.
Our speakers will share their firsthand experience of delivering it, from Soudah's luxury destinations to Cenomi Centers' malls, Aqar's platform, JLL's capital markets work across the Kingdom, GFH Partners' roughly SAR 1.5 billion of GCC industrial and logistics assets, and Al Woroud's 6 million square meters developed across six Saudi cities.
The discussion will move from meeting the Kingdom's demand to financing its transformation, and to where the real opportunities lie today.
