Tamara Pursley is the Executive Director and Clinic Director of Adult Disability Medical Healthcare. She brings extensive nonprofit and corporate experience, with leadership roles at GLOBAL Down Syndrome Foundation and the National Down Syndrome Congress. Tamara has directed major national events, cultivated key partnerships, and presented at numerous conferences supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families. She holds a BS from Florida State University and nonprofit management and fundraising certificates from the Georgia Center for Nonprofits. Tamara has served as an advisor for GotTransition.org and as President of the DSA of Atlanta. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and raising her three boys—including her middle son who has Down syndrome—with her husband in Gwinnett County.
