Johnny's Bio:
Johnny De La Espriella is the President of Property Management at Trion Properties, where he leads operations across all markets within the company’s multifamily portfolio. With a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence, Johnny brings over a decade of diverse experience in the real estate industry.
Before joining Trion Properties, Johnny directed national operations for a 7,000-unit portfolio at Eagle Property Capital. His background includes leadership experience with institutional operators such as Camden Property Trust and RKW Residential, where he helped scale a third-party management platform to more than 30,000 units.
Johnny’s broad expertise covers luxury new developments—including high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style communities—as well as value-add and build-to-rent properties. He also has a strong foundation in condominium and HOA management from his tenure at KW Property Management & Consulting, supporting the launch and transition of new construction projects and homeowner associations.
A recognized leader and advocate in the multifamily housing industry, Johnny served as 2024 President of the South East Florida Apartment Association and continues to represent the industry as an active Delegate for the National Apartment Association.
Johnny holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and was named a 2020 “40 Under 40” honoree by the South Florida Business Journal.
