​In this session, he will share insights into structuring debt and equity investments using Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and how capital, policy, and mission-driven development come together to advance affordable housing.

​Previously, Franz held a similar role at KeyBank’s Community Development Lending and Investment platform and served in New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where he helped advance HUD Multifamily preservation initiatives.
