​Cohort and SAVR will be hosting a dinner salon that will feature a full-course meal of 9 items off Chef Papa’s menu that take a deeper dive on the menu items you might never have been familiar with beyond the basics. Think Banh Xeo, Bun Rieu, and more. Don’t know what those are? Come find out.

​Chef Papa will provide us with the cultural and culinary ideas that underlie the dishes you’ll be eating. Your companions will provide the ideas that help you step into the conversations that lead to genuine connections. We’re moving past the networking and event culture of corporate NYC that leaves us all wanting.

​Cost

​Tickets are $50 and will include a satisfying share of 9 curated menu items and non alcoholic drinks. We currently can not make any substitutions or exceptions for any food allergies or aversions. We can not provide refunds since this is a prepurchased collaboration with the restaurant.

​Who are we?
