Join this special pre-Summer Solstice lunchtime reset designed to help you slow down, release tension, and gently reset your nervous system.
This online session combines guided hypnotherapy relaxation with live Japanese Koto sound healing, creating space for deep rest and mental clarity towards the end of a busy week.
The Summer Solstice is a natural turning point in the year, a moment to reflect, reset, and realign before moving into the second half of the year with more ease.
What to expect:
• guided hypnotherapy relaxation to calm the mind and body
• live Koto sound healing to support deep rest and restore balance
• gentle suggestions to help release stress and mental tension
• a quiet, restorative space to simply switch off for a while
No experience is needed, just bring headphones and somewhere comfortable to relax.

This is a free donation-based session supporting Jen's charity bike ride fundraiser.
