​Paolo Binetti is one of the more unusual figures in longevity biotech. By training, he's an aerospace engineer (M.S. from Politecnico di Milano, Ph.D. in control engineering and robotics from the University of Pisa), who spent 20 years designing flight control systems for rockets and hypersonic vehicles at ArianeGroup and the French Space Agency.

​Then he made a hard pivot: he's now deep in the business of extending human lifespan.

​Today, Paolo is a venture builder and investor across multiple fronts. He contributes to dealflow and portfolio management at VitaDAO, a community-owned collective that funds early-stage longevity research. He's also a Venture Fellow at Healthspan Capital, an advisor at LongGame, and Project Director at Avinasi Labs.
