Across January, you’ll learn how to align your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and work with your menstrual cycle using science-backed strategies and weekly live workshops.
What’s Included:

2. Five Live Workshops
Join a weekly 30-45 minute session every week:
Understanding Your Cycle (with Sheila from Habibi Fertility) - 2 January
Fitness & Training Around Your Cycle - 6 January at 7pm
Nutrition for Each Phase of Your Cycle (with Ivie from phasebloom) - 13 January at 7pm
Mood, Stress & Productivity Across the Cycle (with Zahra from Véa) - 20 January at 7pm
The Synkit Plan- 31 January at 7pm
Workshops will be delivered by Matilde (Synkit's Founder, PhD Women's Health, and Fitness Coach) along with guest speakers.
3. 1:1 Coaching Session
The first 10 people who sign up will receive a free personalised 1:1 session for any questions on their fitness and nutrition goals + cycle (Optional upgrades for private coaching will also be available but will be paid.).
4. Access to multiple resources (e.g. guides, presentations)
5. Connect with likeminded women and be part of a community
