Join us for an afternoon of wellness designed exclusively for mamas and mamas-to-be. ✨
This uplifting event blends mindful movement, connection, and matcha, giving you the chance to pause, recharge, and celebrate your body through every stage of motherhood.
🧘🏽 Mat Sculpt – Christina will take you through a gentle yet effective mat-based sculpting session designed for pregnant and post-partum bodies using resistance bands and light weights.
🪷 Reformer Pilates – Sheriya from The Proud Project will guide you through a supportive, low-impact pilates reformer session. Move safely with confidence on the reformer pre and post-partum.
🍵 Matcha & Mindfulness– unwind afterwards with delicious matcha (or beverage of your choice) from Waft Coffee and conversation with Saru from @sainesocialclub on practical ways to stay sane during those first 100 days of postpartum and beyond
