Programme Specialist Open House

Pace is looking for brilliant minds to help build alongside ARIA’s third cohort of Programme Directors.

This is an opportunity to be at the heart of ambitious R&D programmes - turning bold scientific ideas into well-designed, high-velocity delivery. As a Programme Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to a Programme Director: shaping work packages, bringing clarity to complex challenges, and helping teams across startups, research labs and academia make meaningful progress.

Pace has worked hand-in-hand with ARIA for the past three years, building the culture, processes and ways of working that enable its people, programmes and portfolio to thrive. Now, as ARIA grows, we are looking for people who enjoy combining structure with pace, who can build strong relationships across diverse teams, and who want to help make breakthrough innovation happen.

Join us to meet the team, hear more about the role, and find out whether this could be your next opportunity.

You’re welcome to join for as much of the session as you can; there’s no expectation to stay for the full duration.
