About Event
What is culture in a work environment? During this module we will analyze and dissect what culture is and effective ways to acknowledge, improve and embrace the work culture so that it's a safespace for everyone to develop.
We will discuss on topics like:
Vertical and Horizontal development -Strengths and pitfalls
Integration of non-verbal cues in different languages and cultures
Hofstede Model
Learning Agility and transference
This session has a special focus on diverse teams, not only on need and talents but even nationalities or languages.
