🗓️ The Plan: 🏋️ 13:30 — Strength for Runners (45 min): A focused strength session hosted by Meg, built around the muscles runners actually use. Walk in stiff, leave springy. ⚠️ Only 22 mats on the floor — booking ahead is a must (see options below)
🏃 14:30 — Run- EVERYONE is welcome to join the run! We will do a classic, Slow-Poke Style 5km at a pace of 7:15-7:30/km
🥤 15:15 — Refuel Together Back at the studio for cold drinks and snacks!
