This event falls during National Suicide Prevention Month, and that’s not a coincidence. Maternal mental health is maternal health. Too many moms carry the hardest parts alone — and being surrounded by other mothers who understand is real medicine. You are not alone, and you don’t have to hold it by yourself. 💛

Come alone, bring your little one, or bring the whole family! Whatever you choose, we have the space to help.
Babies are always welcome with you, and a private nursing and pumping space will be available.
If you’d like a little time hands-free, our •Little Ones Lounge• is a supervised play space in the same room, with two experienced caregivers and only 8 spots — so every child gets real attention. You check your child in and receive matching wristbands; your child is released only to the adult wearing the matching band. You stay on site the whole time and can walk over whenever you want. Ages 12 months–5 years. Completely optional.

Un día para que te llenen a ti. Porque cuando nace el bebé, todos preguntan por el bebé.
Este evento cae durante el Mes Nacional de la Prevención del Suicidio, y no es coincidencia. La salud mental materna es salud materna. Demasiadas mamás cargan lo más difícil en silencio — y estar rodeada de otras madres que entienden es medicina de verdad. No estás sola, y no tienes que cargarlo tú sola. 💛

¡Ven sola, con tu bebé, o con toda la familia! Como decidas venir, aquí tenemos el espacio para apoyarte.
Los bebés siempre son bienvenidos contigo, y habrá un espacio privado para amamantar y extraer leche.
Si quieres un ratito con las manos libres, nuestro •Little Ones Lounge• es un espacio de juego supervisado en el mismo salón, con dos cuidadoras con experiencia y solo 8 lugares — para que cada niño reciba atención de verdad. Registras a tu hijo/a y reciben pulseras que hacen juego; tu hijo/a solo se entrega al adulto que trae la pulsera correspondiente. Tú permaneces en el lugar todo el tiempo y puedes acercarte cuando quieras. Edades: 12 meses a 5 años. Completamente opcional.
Se requiere RSVP. Los lugares son limitados.
