Real Futures: Positive Resilience for Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurship can be rewarding, but it can also be demanding, uncertain, and isolating. The ability to stay resilient through setbacks, pressure, and constant change is often what separates sustainable founders from those who burn out.
This interactive 90-minute workshop is designed to help founders better understand their personal resilience, learn from the experiences of others, and identify practical habits that support long-term wellbeing and business performance.
Through guided reflection, peer discussion, and a proven resilience framework, participants will explore how resilience influences decision-making, leadership, and their ability to navigate the realities of building a venture.
Rather than focusing on theory alone, this session centres on practical reflection and actionable strategies that participants can apply immediately in their daily lives and entrepreneurial journeys.
We will explore how to:
Assess personal resilience through a proven seven-pillar resilience framework
Recognise the factors that strengthen and weaken resilience during the founder journey
Learn from peers through open discussion of challenges, setbacks, and successful coping strategies
Identify daily practices and rituals that support sustainable performance and wellbeing
Build greater self-awareness around stress, energy management, and recovery
Create a personalised approach to strengthening resilience over time
Participants leave with:
A clearer understanding of their current resilience strengths and development areas
Insights from fellow entrepreneurs facing similar challenges
A practical assessment of their resilience across seven key pillars
Ideas for daily habits and rituals that support long-term resilience
Greater confidence in navigating uncertainty, pressure, and change
