Claude x Milestone ft. First Coast Mortgage
Most agents are using AI like a vending machine. Type a prompt, grab whatever falls out, edit it for ten minutes, start over tomorrow. It works, sort of. It just never gets better.
This session is about the other approach — setting Claude up once so it actually knows who you are, how you talk, and what your business needs, then letting that foundation carry every piece of work after it.
Jason Kindler of First Coast Mortgage Funding and Melvyn Bermudez of Milestone Title Services are splitting two hours between them.
Jason takes the build: getting your account set up right, creating a profile that kills generic output, and putting Claude to work on the documents nobody has time to read — HOA packets, inspection reports, seller's disclosures. Live, on real paperwork.
Melvyn takes the time back: Cowork, where Claude runs multi-step work in the background while you do something else. Plus an honest tour of the rest of the AI field — ChatGPT, Gemini, and the rest — and which one is actually worth opening for which job. Spoiler: it isn't the same one every time.
You'll leave with things you built, not notes about things you might build.
