Pour-Over Coffee Workshop: One Cup, Brewed by Hand

​A coffee bean travels a long way to reach you: a farm in Ethiopia, a processing station, a roastery, and finally your grinder. This salon follows that path. You'll learn to read what a bag of beans is telling you: origin, process, roast. Then slow down enough to brew a cup with your own hands.

​一颗咖啡豆走了很远的路才到你手里：埃塞俄比亚的农场、处理站、烘焙坊，最后是你的磨豆机。这场沙龙沿着这条路走一遍。你会学着读懂一包豆子想告诉你的信息：产地、处理法、烘焙度。然后慢下来，亲手冲一壶属于自己的咖啡。

​Pour-over asks for nothing except your attention. The water, the timing, the waiting. Ninety minutes later, you'll have tasted your own cup next to everyone else's, and noticed how the same beans tell a different story in each pair of hands.

​手冲不需要什么，只需要你的专注。注水、计时、等待。九十分钟后，你会尝到自己冲的那一杯，也尝到别人的。同一支豆子，在不同的手里讲出不同的故事。
