Hi everyone,
Thank you to everyone who came along last week!
This week's class will follow a similar sequence of exercises and movements, with a few extra challenges added in for those who would like to progress things a little further.
If you'd like to make some of the exercises more challenging, feel free to bring along a pair of 1kg weights. This is completely optional, and you'll still get a great workout without them.
