​In her role, Victoria brings together scientists, engineers and strategists across the defence and security ecosystem to deliver next generation capability. Her career spans senior roles in client engagement, business development, as Chief of Staff and in technical consulting. Victoria is a sustainability champion, known for her systems-thinking approach to innovation. Her passion for collaboration between technical disciplines and practical challenges has led her to work in human factors, cyber security, energy, power and sustainability.
